Assistant Accounting Manager

Job Description
- Conduct and assist Accounting Manager for accounts payable/receivable, cash
receipts, general ledger, treasury, budgeting, cash forecasting, revenue and expenditure variance analysis, capital assets reconciliations, trust account statement reconciliations, check runs, fixed asset activity, debt activity etc.
- Assist Acct. Manager to Monitor and analyze accounting data.
- Assist Acct. Manager to Monitor and analyze accounting data.
- Assist Acct. Manager to do regular financial reports or statements.
- Adhere to proper accounting methods, policies, and principles.
- Develop staff by managing performance, setting goals, providing ongoing
training and maintaining strong employee relationships.
Qualification
- Bachelor of Accounting/ Economy Degree
- 5+ years of experience in accounting & finance
- Excellence knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including
(GAAP) and Account Payable, Receivable, bank reconciliation, and Indonesian Tax Procedures and regulations.
- Understand POS (Point of Sales) System and various back-office
accounting system
- Excellent written and verbal english
- Advance MS Excel skills including VLOOKUP’s and Pivotable
- Auditing Skills
