Yoga Trainer

Ika Dewi is a qualified yoga teacher who was born in Bali Indonesia. Before becoming a yoga teacher, she worked in the hospitality industry for more than 10 years.

Looking for ways to manage her busy life she discovered yoga, taking classes when she had the time as a way to create some balance in her life.

Female Physique and Body Recomposition

Amie is our female-only coach specializing in body recomposition and female physique.

Amie has coached a large number of women from all over the world to not only build strength and gain confidence within their physique but also to help improve their mindset around exercise and nutrition!

Male Physique and Strength Training

A fitness professional who specialises in custom-made nutrition plans, supplementation, muscle gain, fat loss, and strength. Most importantly healthy balanced lifestyle. “I believe that anyone can reach their fitness potential with the right guidance and custom-written plans that suit their lifestyle”.

Weightlifting and Functional Training

Hailing from Brazil and living in Asia for over ten years, Eduardo is our master trainer who specializes in Olympic Lifting, Functional Training and CrossFit Style workouts.

He has a bachelor’s degree in Sports Science and is a corrective exercise specialist with almost 20 years’ experience. With several impressive finishes in major CrossFit and strength competitions, Eduardo’s enthusiasm is absolutely infectious, his sessions are brutal but exceptionally fun and very rewarding!


Jade is our pocket rocket trainer and body transformation coach! Jade swapped her ballet shoes for barbells after training and dancing professionally across Europe and America before becoming one of London’s top group fitness coaches.

Working out with Jade will not only have you looking your best but her fierce motivation and positive approach to fitness will help you build the confidence within and the strong body to go with it.

Breathwork Guide

Breathwork is an active form of meditation that helps quiet the mind and aids you into diving into your strong, magnificent body.

Strength, Gymnastic Strength, and Mobility.

Tara specializes in strength and conditioning, gymnastic strength, and mobility training. Having qualified in the UK for NQV Level 2 Fitness Instructing and NQV Level 3 Personal Training in 2011, her passion and thirst of knowledge in fitness is continually expanding. After years of training as a powerlifter, she found gymnastic strength training.

Which she believes has helped her to improve her overall skills and performance. She believes that there needs to be an un-learning and re-learning process of what we think we know about health and fitness. She aims to give the best guidance to achieve health and training longevity. Her method is to develop strength whilst taking care of your joint’s health, to achieve higher performance.

With several years competing in the IFBB as one of Indonesia’s top Bikini Athletes, our in-house trainer, Vic is fully committed to helping you reach your fitness and physique goals.

Vic is incredibly passionate about sharing her knowledge and educating her clients about the value of a healthy lifestyle through training and nutrition.
