Drink plenty of water before your session, and replenish fluids afterwards to rehydrate and restore electrolyte balance. Our cafe and Recovery fridge is stocked with Hydration drinks including Coconut Water, Post workout hydration and more. 

Pay attention to how your body responds to the sauna and ice baths.If you experience discomfort or dizziness, exit the sauna or cold water immediately and allow your body to recover. Remember, recovery should be a positive and enjoyable experience – listen to your body’s signals and prioritize your well-being above all else.
