We have a range of state-of-the-art facilities that are specifically designed to enhance your total recovery and help you perform at your best, both inside and outside of the gym. Kick back in the sun by the pool with a beverage from our health-focused bar before taking on our recovery facilities. From muscle-soothing hot tub and sauna to regenerative ice bath and cold plunge, our spa offers the perfect setting for you to relax, unwind, and recharge your batteries.

The Facilities
Cold Therapy
We have two ice baths which include the coldest on the island at 4 degrees! If that is too much, you can try our 12 degree cold pool. Tip: Try this in combination with our sauna!
Heat Therapy
Our Jacuzzi warmth is set to 45 degrees which will help you to unwind and relax those muscles from a heavy gym or class session!, The strong jets can be turned on or off if you prefer not to use them.
Sauna
Relax and raise the temperature to relieve aches and pains, cleanse your skin, and improve your mood. Couple our sauna with a dip in the jacuzzi for ultimate relaxation
Swimming Pool
A key feature here at Body Factory Bali. It has a shallow ‘half in-half out’ platform to sunbathe on when it gets too hot as well as a view looking over towards rice fields that's to die for. High-end sun loungers line the perimeter whilst the decked area of the Recovery Centre makes for a truly luxurious feel.
Poolside Bar
Our poolside bar has all your pre and post workout needs covered! Want a poolside protein shake? No problem! From food and smoothie bowls, to protein shakes and coffee, we have you (re)covered.
