AVAILABLE PACKAGES:

When paying for four weeks, your membership is valid for a 28 day period.
When paying for twelve weeks, your membership is valid for an 84 day period.
When paying for twelve months, your membership is valid for a 365 day period.
*Please note that all the passes and memberships are paid upfront and are non-refundable, and non-transferable.
CLASSES
Reserve the right to refuse entry to a class if the member is over 5 minutes late. Please note that all the class passes are non-refundable, non-modifiable and non-transferable.
Please note that when booking a class, we will require a 3-hour notice if you are not able to attend. Failure to inform us within the time limit will result in suspending your membership from booking any classes for 1 week.
TIME FREEZE
4 weeks membership cannot be frozen.
4 weeks recurring membership has a maximum freeze time of 2 weeks.
12 weeks membership has a maximum freeze time of 2 weeks during the length of the membership and can be separated into 2 parts.
1 year membership has a maximum freeze time of 4 weeks during the length of the membership and can be separated into 2 parts.
*Please note that we are unable to backdate or separate any time freeze request . You must request in advance a membership freeze for the desired month. Minimum freeze is 1 week.
RECURRING MEMBERSHIP
Members who have signed up for a recurring membership, please note that the membership will automatically renew unless cancelled 14 days prior to the designated renewal date. There is a 7-day cooling-off period before the membership can be cancelled.
To cancel a recurring membership, the member must come to the Body Factory Bali reception or contact cancellations@bodyfactorybali.com.
Please note that all memberships are non-refundable, non-modifiable, and non-transferable.
Recurring memberships purchased online must be completed at BFB's reception. Please bring your preferred credit/debit card to complete your onboarding.
KEEPING YOUR BELONGINGS SAFE
We provide members with lockers which you are able to use whilst exercising. Please note that these are not security lockers. Please keep your key with you at all times and any valuables brought into the facility is at your own risk. In order to have access to a locker, a deposit of 100K or valuable item (scooter key, ID, must be left at the reception). Lost of locker key will incur a 250K (per key) non-refundable penalty. The Body Factory Bali is not responsible for any loss of personal belongings of members whilst on our property; even if someone breaks into your locker. If you leave belongings in a locker overnight, we have the right to remove them. Lost and found matters should be reported to Reception.
Towels are entitled and available for all Body Factory’s members at the reception. All used towels need to be returned back to the towel bin which is provided at the reception. Failure to do this will incur an IDR 50K non-refundable penalty for gym towel/hair towel and an IDR 150K non-refundable penalty for bath/sauna/pool towel.
WEARING SUITABLE CLOTHING
GYM
The Body Factory Bali requires that members wear appropriate clothing and footwear whilst in the facility. Appropriate clothing includes gym shorts, t-shirts, jogging suits, aerobic wear and sweat outfits. Street or beach clothing and jeans are not considered appropriate clothing. Flip-flops and sandals are prohibited within the facility. All footwear should be close- toed and secured to the member’s feet. We do not allow clothes with offensive images or inappropriate advertising. The Body Factory Bali reserves the rights to deny anyone access to the fitness center that violates the dress rules.
SPA
The Body Factory Bali requires that members wear swimming costume at any point. The use of the facility is not allowed wearing street clothing. Nudity is not allowed. The Body Factory Bali reserves the rights to deny anyone access to the Spa area that violates the dress rules.
PHOTOGRAPHY & VIDEOGRAPHY
No photography, videotaping, filming or audio recording is permitted within the facility without the express written consent of management.
AUTHORIZATION TO USE IMAGES
The Body Factory Bali is hereby granted the right to photograph and/or video record members in connection with social media and promotional materials. Members acknowledge and agree that the rights granted to this release are without compensation of any kind.
SPA AND POOL
The Body Factory Bali requires members to shower before using sauna or pools. Please be cautious while using spa and pool facilities. Running, jumping, and diving or any dangerous activities are prohibited. Members only allowed to entering and leaving spa and pool area via steps only.
( Spa area is laptop free area )
FOOD AND BEVERAGE
Please note no outside food and beverages are permitted for consumption within Body Factory Bali. No food delivery orders will be accepted. With exception for food and beverages ordered from BFB Cafe, Pool Bar and takeaway of Dispensary.
CONDUCTING BUSINESS
Professional trainers, coaches and teachers are not allowed to practice their trade nor any form of tuition activity be carried out by members for monetary or barter reward at the facility except with the prior written permission of management.
PERSONAL FITNESS TRAINING IS AVAILABLE AT THE FACILITY BY APPOINTMENT.
The club has the right to cancel or suspend your membership without notice if the rule is broken. No refund would be given under these circumstances.
RESPECTING OTHERS
Please be respectful and do not behave inappropriately towards other members, guests, our staff and outside providers. Shouting and/or any display of unsportsmanlike conduct are prohibited. Examples of inappropriate behavior include:
- Verbal or physical intimidation;
- Harassment;
- Discrimination on the basis of race, sex, age or any disability another person may have.
PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
Alcohol, drugs (including steroids), and smoking (including Vapes) are prohibited within the facility. Members are not allowed to use the facility under the influence of drugs, alcohol, or medication that may impair their ability to operate the equipment. No weapons of any kind are allowed. Gambling or gaming is prohibited within the facility or on the premises.
RESPECTING OUR EQUIPMENT
Members using the gym equipment and/or facilities do so at their own risk and responsibility.
Members are responsible for using our facilities and equipment correctly, including adjusting levels or settings. If you are not sure how to operate any equipment, please ask our staff before you use it.
Please note that you will be responsible for any damages that you or your guests cause through a willful act or negligence.
As a courtesy to other members, please:
- Use a clean towel when you use equipment, including exercise mats;
- Keep to the set time limits, i.e. members should not occupy any equipment for an extended period of time. Members should allow others waiting to use such equipment to work into their rotation;
- Keep phone calls to an absolute minimum; and
- Put equipment away after use.
PETS & ANIMALS
Under no circumstances are pets or animals of any kind to be brought into the Body Factory Bali.
MUSIC MEDIA
The playing of music of any kind is not permitted within the Body Factory Bali unless played through earphones/plugs or authorized by the Manager as part of an organized function.
STAFF AREAS
Except with the prior permission of Management, Members and Visitors may not enter the staff areas.
WHAT HAPPENS IF YOU BREAK THE CODE?
- Being refused entry or receiving a warning
- The Body Factory Bali reserves the right to deny access to anyone who refuses to comply with the Body Factory Bali rules.
- The Body Factory Bali reserves the right to remove and ban any person from facility at any time if directions are not followed and/or Terms and Conditions in place are not followed.
- We may also warn you that you risk having your membership cancelled. If you continue to behave in the same way, we may cancel your membership with immediate effect.
- The Body Factory Bali will not be responsible for any injury, death or illness or any loss or damage whilst in the facility whatsoever/howsoever caused; sustained or incurred out of, or in any way connected with the use whether proper or otherwise, of the gym, whether defective or otherwise.
RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY
Members recognize that there are hazards and risks connected with physical fitness training. These risks include, but are not limited to, abnormal blood pressure, fainting, heart disorders and heart attack, dehydration, heat exhaustion, sprains, muscle strain, blisters, stress fracture, shin splints, tendonitis, cartilage tears, bursitis, back pain and bruising of joints. Exercise beyond one’s physical limits and/or accidents involving exercise equipment may result in serious injury or even death. Any and all use of the facility, or participation in activities, shall be at such person’s own risk. Members agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Body Factory Bali against any loss, damage or expense incurred by reason of any claim or liability based upon personal injury (including death) or property damage arising out of the negligent or intentional action of the member. Members further agree to release the Body Factory Bali and its owners, officer, agents, employees and/or affiliates from any and all liability arising out of injury to themselves, and further agrees to defend, indemnify and hold the Body Factory Bali and its owners, officers, employees and/or affiliates free and harmless from against the same. As part of the membership, members hereby consent to being photographed and/or recorded for promotional purposes and sole use by the Body Factory Bali.
INSURANCE
The Body Factory Bali have Public Liability Insurance. Personal Accident Insurance is the responsibility of the guest.
STAYING UP TO DATE WITH OUR TERMS
We may sometimes add to, change or remove our terms and conditions. This includes changing the facility opening and closing hours, its services and facilities and membership fees. Sometimes, we may also close parts of or the whole facility for refurbishment to improve our offering. We do not reduce your membership fees because the facility is closed for renovations or for a public holiday.
OPERATING DAYS & HOURS
Please refer to facility websites for hours of operation. The Body Factory Bali will not open on Nyepi Day in accordance with Balinese custom.
CHILDREN
No visitors under 18 years of age are allowed to use the Body Factory Bali facility unless this is part of an organized Club activity.
PARKING
The number of parking spaces is limited and priority will be given to members. Member’s park in the club’s car park at their own risk. The Body Factory Bali is not liable for any loss or damage to your vehicle or its contents.
The car parks will remain open during operating hours of the Body Factory Bali.
SEEKING EXPERT ADVICE
Our staff are not medically trained. They are not qualified to assess if you are in good physical condition and can exercise without risking your health, safety or comfort. If you have any doubts, we strongly urge you to seek expert advice before starting an exercise program.
How can you protect your health?
Telling us about your health risks.
If you believe any activities you undergo in our facility might risk your health, you must tell us this in writing with full details. You must also tell us if your medical condition changes after you join.
We have the right to refuse your membership agreement until:
- Your doctor agrees in writing that you are fit to exercise; and/or
- You show us proof that you have received medical advice on an appropriate exercise program.
Managing infections and illnesses
You must not use our facilities if:
- You have an infection, contagious illness or physical ailment, such as an open cut or sore; and/or
- There is any other risk, however small, to other members and guests.
