More than just a gym, our aim is to redefine luxury fitness in Bali.
Enjoy over 700 square meters of open gym space at Body Factory Bali. Reach a new personal best-using equipment from the world’s leading manufacturers.
The main gym is divided into clearly defined training areas, designed to maximise your workout efficiency.
In our weights area, we’ll help you shape your body and burn fat with strength training, you’ll find an extensive array of advanced machines designed by gym powerhouse Watson as well as a full rack of dumbbells in normal AND fat rotating grips with dumbells ranging all the way up to 60kg.
We have Bali’s most comprehensive Strength and Conditioning setups, utilizing an extensive range of equipment from Watson, FreeMotion, Ironedge, just to name a few. Other essentials include squat racks, weight cables, Jordan bars and plates, Olympic platforms and a multitude of auxiliary pieces.
Work up a sweat on our many cardio based machines. At our gym, you can find StairMaster machines, cross trainers, watt bikes, spin bikes, recumbent bikes, rowing machines and treadmills. Blitz those calories in our large air-conditioned space with high-end sound systems whilst looking out into our jungle themed garden.
Our stretching zone section has everything you need to roll, stretch and tone your body. Swiss balls, ankle weights, resistance bands, TRX, yoga blocks all to your disposition.
The jungle yard features a variety of cross-training equipment, custom built multifunctional rigs complete with some great ring setups. A dream area for any calisthenics people out there. The 26 meters track hosts a Watson Prowler Sled, selection of tractor tyres for flipping, farmers carry equipment and an assortment of other bits to get your heart racing.
You can use this space as your personal playground and design your own workout or join one of our classes.

Personal Training Packages and Prices.
All introductory prices can only be used once. Single sessions after introductory trial offer are priced at 1,300,000 IDR.
All ten and twenty session personal training packages include a completely bespoke training, diet, lifestyle and supplement protocol to suit your specific goals. In addition, you will receive regular updates throughout the duration of your package to make sure you stay on track.
